Internship Opportunity - IT Consulting & Digital Transformation

Position: Management / Software / ERP Intern

Internship Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and technology-driven interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in ERP consulting, software implementation, business analysis, AI applications, and digital transformation projects.

Interns will work closely with our consulting, development, and implementation teams on real-world projects across multiple industries including agriculture, manufacturing, trading, distribution, and service organizations.


Key Responsibilities

ERP Consulting & Business Analysis

  • Assist in Odoo ERP implementation and support projects.
  • Understand and document business processes and workflows.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients.
  • Prepare functional documentation and process flow diagrams.
  • Support ERP testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system validation.

Technology & Software Projects

  • Assist in software development, customization, and integration activities.
  • Support deployment and configuration of business applications.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Help prepare technical and user documentation.

AI/ML & Data Analytics

  • Research AI and Machine Learning use cases.
  • Assist in data preparation, analysis, and model testing.
  • Support development of predictive analytics and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights from business data.

Agri-Tech Solutions

  • Participate in smart agriculture and farm management projects.
  • Help analyze agricultural data and operational workflows.
  • Assist in developing technology-driven solutions for farmers and agri-businesses.

Field Workforce Management Solutions

  • Support implementation of attendance tracking, GPS monitoring, task management, and workforce automation systems.
  • Participate in testing mobile applications and field operation workflows.
  • Assist in reporting and performance analysis.

Required Skills

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems or business software.
  • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or web technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or ERP Solutions.

Business Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility

  • BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), M.Sc (IT/CS)
  • MBA (IT, Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing)
  • Recent graduates looking for industry exposure
  • Final-year students seeking practical project experience
