Odoo Support Packs by Zen
Zen offers Odoo Support Packs at a blended rate pricing model which is suitable when you plan to avail the services over a period of time, as per need and would like to prefer a discounted rate structure. In this model you purchase a Support Pack from us which includes services for a fixed number of hours that can be availed in one or more instances of service requirements that may include, configuration, customization, training or
any other operational help.
Our team keeps track of the hours spent of various tasks as per actual and we submit a weekly timesheet for your review and reference to provide you an update on the current state
of hours consumed and remaining to be used.
Please note that:
● Support Pack hours can be used towards any ad-hoc support needs including implementation, configuration, customization, maintenance, or version upgrades.
● Support Packs validity can be extended by renewing them before expiry or purchasing a new support pack before expiry of the current one.
● Once expired unused Support Pack hours will lapse.
● Support packs will expire on consumption of all purchased hours on the account or on plan expiry date whichever is earlier.
