Salesforce - Tech Lead

This is a Remote Position, however, you must be US Citizen or have EAD / GC / Valid work Visa that enables you to work in the United States to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with onshore and offsore team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Interface directly with customer

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Experience with common integration patterns
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • USC / EAD / GC / Valid work Visa

Required Skills

  • Strong SF Experience Cloud development and management implementation experience. (Required)
  • Experience in SF Sales, B2B commerce & service Cloud 
  • Proven experience with APEX and LWC. Writing SOQL queries and optimization.
  • Flows, configuration, and admin
  • Git and Deployment (SFDX)
  • Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)
  • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technical lead besides being hands on, manage technical project team members (offshore + Onsite).
  • Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Interface directly with customer and understand their needs and lead the team.
